I think the thing that makes Commercial Service so different is the feeling of I have a connection with folks. I feel like when I call the office, they know who I am and I don’t have to worry about “Well, we’ll see you in three weeks.” They’ll turn around as quickly as they can.

Hi I’m Michelle Miller and I’m in Bloomington, Indiana. Commercial Service has installed a brand new air conditioner and a brand new heating system. At the previous home, it was a brand new home anyway, but they just helped me with maintenance. It was done so well there, that when I came here and we needed a new heating system, I brought in, again, my friend and he gave me really good advice. And that’s what was so good about this because I felt like I wasn’t just getting sold something.

What I don’t have time to do, is worry about whether or not a job is done and if it’s thorough or not. And so for me, they get the job done well. Commercial Service is solid. It’s one thing I don’t have to worry about. And for me, that’s a big deal.
